As we head into the New Year you may also be brainstorming ideas for improving your health, fitness and overall feeling better this year. Loud music, motivating people, and constantly varied CrossFit workouts make each trip to the 7K Box an invigorating and exciting experience. Our two biggest priorities as 7K Coaches are –

Our 7K athletes are constantly learning new and different CrossFit exercises from the squat to the handstand push up. At 7K CrossFit we always make sure it’s a good time. Hard work needs the balance of a good time with smiles, fist bumps and friends. We recently had an 80’s party workout!
#3 – CROSSFIT COACH EXPERTISE
Not all 7K CrossFit Coaches are created equal. We have made sure that our 7K Coaches are the best they can be. A good coach will provide you with all the expertise you need in fitness, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, etc – for each day and every day. Having a trained eye to teach and supervise these exercises is invaluable. Our coaches will make sure that you have all the tools and knowledge you need to achieve your fitness and health goals!

Personal training can cost you up to $100/hr. 7K CrossFit training provides that same focused, in depth coaching for a fraction of the cost, without the awkwardness of a one-on-one personal trainer watching you like you are paint drying. Our 7K Essentials Program is designed to on-ramp new 7K CrossFitters to what we do each day to get your feet wet so you’re not a fish out of the water when you start.

With CrossFit routines, you get more than a daily great workout for yourself, you get a community of athletes and friends. The movements in today’s workouts were equally effective for athletes trying to go to the CrossFit Games or simply push off the nursing home. No matter the weight or movement variation used, everyone was picking something up off the ground, getting off the floor from a lunge position, and pressing weight overhead.
