7K CrossFit

Pros:

Cons:

  • The COST. Most people believe the price is high – especially when they can get a cheap gym membership for renting equipment. Essentially what you are investing in at 7K CrossFit are YOUR coaches – to train YOU every day for your appropriate workout.

Cost:

  • $159/mo for up to around 26 classes per month.

Let’s break that down to cost per class… If you go 4x a week to 7K CrossFit (recommended, most clients do) it comes out to $10 a class. Because the classes are coach-lead with an average of 6 clients per class – you are essentially getting personal training at a fraction of the cost of what PT charges. Outdoors & Traditional Sports

We live in the mountains here in beautiful Big Bear! Get outside to find your personal peace and fitness with friends in the mountains and the lake. When you see your coach at the store in town, we stop and talk. Granted 7K coaches know each client’s abilities, but also knows when they go on vacation, what they like to do on the weekends, what they do for work, etc. because we CARE! 7K CrossFit does this for you.
